I ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PRESENT PURCHASE-SALE These general conditions of sale strictly apply to all sales of products made through the portal https://www.natudyes.com, on behalf of Dyes & Incenses S.L. with C.I.F. number B04996906, to individuals.
Any order placed with https://www.natudyes.com necessarily implies, as an essential, determining and indispensable condition, the Customer's unreserved acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale of Dyes & Incenses S.L. in force on the day on which the corresponding order is placed. Furthermore, the Customer acknowledges that acceptance of these conditions shall imply their application to the order to which they refer, as well as to any subsequent order, with the exception of those cases in which new conditions are brought to his knowledge by Dyes & Incenses S.L.
The fact that Dyes & Incenses S.L. does not have recourse at any given time to any of these conditions shall not be construed as or be tantamount to waiving recourse to them in the future or in the past.
Exemption of Responsibility
Dyes & Incenses S.L. declines all liability for any misuse by the purchasing user of any products offered at https://www.natudyes.com , and in this respect the purchasing user declares and acknowledges:
- That he/she is of legal age (+18 years old).
- That he/she will not use the products purchased on this website for any purpose other than dyeing wool, fabrics, fabrics, etc.
- That he/she acknowledges being perfectly aware of the legal status of each of the products purchased in https://www.natudyes.com in the country in which he/she resides, or in the country from which he/she makes the purchase-sale, or in any case, in the country in which he/she will receive the order by mail.
- That Dyes & Incenses S.L. has no responsibility whatsoever if the articles that the purchasing user has purchased turn out to be illegal in his country or are subject to any type of prohibition. Said exemption from liability covers both criminal and administrative consequences, as well as the destruction of the order by the authorities of said country.
Prices:
The prices published on https://www.natudyes.com are in Euros and are valid except for typographical errors. All prices include the VAT applicable on the day of the order (except VAT exempt countries), any change of VAT rate will be automatically applied to the prices of the products on sale on https://www.natudyes.com
Offers on products on sale on https://www.natudyes.com will be displayed in the "Offers" section or indicated on the product sheet and, if not otherwise indicated, will be valid as long as they are displayed on the screen.

Offers submitted by https://www.natudyes.com are valid within the limit of available stock. Dyes & Incenses S.L. reserves the right to modify the product assortment according to its production and available stock.
The photographs, graphics and descriptions of the products offered for sale are for guidance only and do not in any way commit the seller Dyes & Incenses S.L.
Shipping:
The purchased products will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order By default, invoices will be sent to the email address indicated by the customer at the time of registration at https://www.natudyes.com.
On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no departure or delivery of orders.
However, the delay will not imply neither cancellation of the order nor any compensation.
An order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the package or packages to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt document. It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the goods upon receipt and to indicate any anomalies on the delivery note.
